To add analytics code to Blackbaud Luminate forms, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Blackbaud Luminate account and navigate to the Luminate Online platform.
- Go to the Content section and locate the form to which you want to add the analytics code. Click on the form to edit it.
- In the form editor, find the HTML block or the section where you want to insert the analytics code. This is typically the header or footer section of the form.
- Click on the HTML block or the section where you want to add the analytics code. This will open the HTML editor.
- In the HTML editor, you’ll see a toolbar with various options. Look for the “Source” or “<> Source” button and click on it. This will open the HTML source code view.
- Within the HTML source code view, find the appropriate location within the code where you want to insert the analytics code. This is usually within the
<head>section for tracking codes like Google Analytics or within the<body>section for other tracking codes. - Paste your analytics tracking code into the appropriate location within the HTML source code. Make sure to insert it within the correct HTML tags, such as
<script>tags for JavaScript-based tracking codes. - After pasting the analytics code, click on the “Source” or “<> Source” button again to exit the HTML source code view and return to the regular HTML editor view.
